Merz products are represented in more than 100 countries around the world. Subsidiaries and affiliates with marketing and sales structures exist in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, the USA, and Mexico. Merz maintains a representation in Russia. In Spain and Portugal, the Company is represented by a joint venture with Grünenthal.

In other countries, the Company’s activities are managed with experienced sales partners. In order to promote international marketing, marketing pools were established in regions such as Latin America and the Middle East to coordinate activities there.

Product portfolio
The products sold outside of Germany are from the core units of Merz Pharmaceuticals and encompass the fields of neurology/psychiatry, dermatology, and metabolism. But Merz beauty and wellness products are also sold in many countries around the world under the brands “Merz Spezial” and “tetesept®”.
